OCTOBER HALF TERM HOLIDAY 2008

ACTIVITY PROGRAMME

Welcome to the Manor Sport & Recreation Centre's Holiday programme for 8-16 yrs. We hope there is something for everyone!

Children over 8 years of age do not need to be accompanied by an adult, but they must abide by the guidlines below:

Completion of a consent form

Bring along your own refreshments, especially a drink (no fizzy drinks) and lunch. Breaks will be scheduled into all activities.

Children 8- 16 will be supervised at all times during the times stated and they will not be allowed to leave the activity without parent/carer consent.

Come appropriately dressed for the activity, warm and waterproof if outside! And NO jewllery, for safety reasons.

Either a qualified LEADER or COACH, all of who have been 'Police Cleared', will lead all sessions.

Cancellation Policy: Minimum numbers are required for some activities; in the event of US cancelling an activity we will give a FULL refund. No refund will be given to anyone if they cancel within 24 hours of the activity start date.

All equipment will be provide, however if your child wants to bring their own they can but it needs to be clearly marked.

Registration: All children must report to reception at the centre each day.

Please not we will be taking photographs for display purposes during this holiday programme. If you don't want your child's photo taken please make this known to Stuart Wharmby 01623 425116 prior to the half term programme starting.

£3.00 per day 'Early Birds' Breakfast 8.30am - 10.00am

£6.00 per day 'Activity Session' 10.00am - 3.30pm

£3.00 per half day 'Activity Session' 1.00pm - 3.30pm
