Booking
* Manor Minis Early Years Physical Activity Centre accepts children from 3 months to 5 years of age.
* Casual and Block Booking available.

* Advanced booking is recommended, as space is limited. This can be done up to 7 days in advance.
* All bookings and payments need to be made at the Manor Sport and Recreation Centre desk.
* Your receipt will then need to be brought to the crèche/physical activity session.
* Each child is to be signed in and out of the crèche / physical activity by the parent / carer. The parent/carer must leave information about where they can be contacted in an emergency on the signing in sheet.
* A registration form and children's questionnaire must be completed before any child attends the crèche or physical activity for the first time. This ensures that we receive emergency contact and medical details.
* All money paid is non-transferable.
* We would ask that disabled children are pre-booked due to the allocation of key workers.

What your child needs to bring
* Please make sure that your child wears suitable clothing and footwear. No jeans are to be worn for physical activities. Please label your child's shoes, coat and bag as children often forget what belongs to them.
* We believe in the value of free play, this includes messy play, so the rule of thumb is; if you are concerned about a particular item of clothing getting dirty, don't send your child in it.
* If your child is toilet training or is prone to accidents please supply a change of clothes in their bag.
